Pochin Developments Limited has announced a spate of lettings and sales at Valley Court, part of its Midpoint 18 development in Middlewich - with the site almost fully secured.
Six of the units have been sol, three of them to private
investors and three to a range of
occupiers including cleaning product distributor, Don Richardson

unit has been let to Zychem with an agreed quoting rental of

submitted a detailed planning
application to develop a further phase at the site and if
successful will see the development of xxxxx.
