Pochin Developments has secured a letting to Yell Ltd at Electra House in Crewe.
Located on Electra Way at Crewe Business Park, Electra House provides 1,718 sq m (18,500 sq ft) of serviced high quality office accommodation. Yell has taken 311 sq m (3,352 sq ft) of space on a ten year lease. The international directories business will use the premises as a regional sales canvass and campaign office, particularly for its face-to-face field sales consultants.
In the UK, Yell's principal brands are Yellow Pages, Yell.com and the telephone-based business directory enquiries service 118 24 7.
Karen Kilcourse of Lamont, sole agent for Electra House, says: "We're pleased that Yell has chosen to relocate to Crewe, the move underlines the continuing positive activity in the local office market in 2009."
Simon Taylor, head of property and support services at Yell in the UK, says: "Electra House is a modern, well-equipped office premises that will provide a key location for us in the North West to support our regional sales teams.
