POCHIN SECURES LETTING AT MIDPOINT 18

Pochin Developments, has secured a letting to APS Salads at its Midpoint 18 business park in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Located at Unit 4, on Aston Way Middlewich, the food supplier has leased 1,904 sq m (20,500 sq ft). This is APS Salad's second letting at the park, having already taken 139 sq m (15,000 sq ft) in November 2006.

On the letting, Jim Nicholson, Property Director comments: "APS Salad's decision to increase its premises at Midpoint 18, further strengthens the park 's standing as a highly desirable location for companies requiring excellent transport links. This deal means only 20,000 sq ft of accommodation over two units remains available.

David Pearson of APS Salads adds: " As we already operate from Midpoint 18, we have seen the benefits of being positioned here, first hand. Tesco is one of our largest customers, the local and motorway transport infrastructure allows us to reach the Tesco depots within the locality. When we needed to look for more space to support the companies expansion, it made sense for us to centre our business operations from here."

Lamonts and CBRE are joint letting agents for the scheme.
