POCHIN SECURES ANOTHER LETTING AT VERITY COURT

Pochin Developments has let unit two at its Verity Court development at Midpoint 18 in Middlewich, Cheshire to Penspen for occupation by its Greystar UK division.
Penspen, a group of companies providing engineering and management services to the oil and gas industry, has taken the 181 sq m (1,950 sq ft) unit on a long lease.
Situated within one of Cheshire's most established business parks, Verity Court provides approximately 1,765 sq m (19,000 sq ft) of high quality office accommodation over two, two storey, self contained office suites, ranging in size from 51 sq m (560 sq ft) to 408 sq m (4,400 sq ft).
On the letting, Andrew Smethurst, estates manager for Pochin Property, commented: "Verity Court has attracted a high calibre of tenants, including; Tilsun Group, Ilford Switzerland, TFC Property, Amita, Edward Jones and Primary Building Services.
