POCHIN SCORES A HAT TRICK!
Pochin Developments, has secured three lettings at its schemes across the North West.
The first property, located within Midpoint 18 Business Park, Middlewich has been secured by APS Salads Ltd. The food supplier had originally taken a lease of 1393 sq m (15,000 sq ft) in November and has now secured the adjoining unit of 1,904 sq m (20,500 sq ft) to support the company's expansion.
The second property, situated on 29 Church Street in Ormskirk, has been secured by Sunseeker Sunbeds Ltd. The Sunbed company will occupy the 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) premises on a ten-year lease Mason Owen acted on Pochins behalf)
The third letting located at Units 2 and 3 in Benllech Precinct, Anglesey has been taken by Tates Ltd, trading as Spar, the largest independent convenience store operated in the UK. The company has occupied Unit 1 at Benllech Precinct since 2006 and has subsequently expanded, taking a new 15 year lease of the three units. (Pritchards acted on Pochins behalf)
