POCHIN’S SUCCESS WITH STOKE ON TRENT REGENERATION
Pochin (Contractors) Limited has been appointed on projects totalling £4 million, by Stoke on Trent Regeneration, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Stoke on Trent City Council.
Following on from the recent successful completion of Phase 2 at Etruria Office Village, a site that is also a joint venture with Corus, Pochin's has now been appointed as contractor on a £1.57 million development at Trentham Lakes and work is due to start on site in January.
Speaking of the projects, Richard Buck, Business Development Director at Pochin's, said: "We are pleased to have forged a working relationship with Stoke on Trent Regeneration. Pochin (Contractors) Limited successfully completed the Etruria scheme within three weeks and we look forward to replicating the same success at Trentham Lakes."
Pochin's is also due to start on Phase 3 at Etruria early in 2006. Upon completion the office village will comprise xxx m2 (xxxft2) with office suites available from xxxm2 (xxxft2). Future occupiers will benefit from the site's proximity to the M6 motorway.
