POCHIN’S GATEWAY IS FULLY LET
Pochin Developments Ltd has completed a further letting at The Gateway in Crewe, fulfilling the allocation for the scheme.
The development comprises four convenience retail units located adjacent to the 790-bedroom student accommodation facilities recently completed for Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). Existing tenant, The Co-operative Group, which already occupies unit one, measuring 281 sq m (3,025 sq ft), has taken unit two, measuring 93 sq m (997 sq ft).
On the letting, Brian Reay, divisional director comments:
"The Co-operative Group's decision to extend its premises
at the Gateway underlines the success of the scheme. In addition to
the retail and leisure elements of the scheme, we are marketing a
major speculative office scheme at The Gateway, with outline
planning permission secured for 8,361 sq m (90,000 sq ft), plus
parking."
