POCHIN’S COMMENCES WORK ON NEW SUPER SHED
Pochin (Contractors) Ltd has commenced work on a new industrial unit at Trafford Park, on behalf of client Quorum Estates Limited.
The speculatively built 28,799m2 (310,000 sq ft) high bay warehouse will boast 15-metres eaves height, 30 dock level loading bays, six drive-ins and an extensive service yard, as well as 1,393m2 (15,000 sq ft) of offices on two floors. The project will be known as Merlin 310.
Situated on Barton Dock Road, the unit will form part of an already established a 30-acre commercial development on Trafford Park Industrial Estate, as Paul Wardle of Quorum Estates explains: "Trafford Park is a successful industrial area and we aim to deliver an industrial facility that will fit within the Park's existing framework. We are confident in having Pochin's on board and look forward to working together to complete this building early next year."
