POCHIN’S COMMENCES WORK AT KNOWSLEY
Pochin (Contractors) Ltd has commenced construction on a speculative development scheme at Knowsley Industrial Park, on behalf of its client Patrick Properties.
Upon completion, expected in June next year, the site will offer a 44,233 m2 (467,144 sq ft), 15-metres (2 eaves) cross-docked high bay warehouse with 929m2 (10,000 sq ft) of ground and first floor office space. Future occupiers will benefit from the site's ample 467 car parking spaces as well as concrete service yards to the east and west of the unit, plus 48 dock levellers.
The unit will be designed to feature a jade and grey design with a louvre cladding system and glostal padded walling planned for the office space.
