POCHIN RETAINS OCCUPIERS AT NORTH WEST SCHEMES

Pochin Developments Ltd, part of Cheshire-based Pochin's PLC, has secured two key lettings at its schemes across the North West.
Food processing company, Lancer GB has renewed its lease at Prosperity Court, part of Midpoint 18 Business Park. Providing flexible units for companies, Prosperity Court was developed in a joint venture with Cheshire East Borough Council and comprises ten industrial units ranging in size from 232 sq m (2,500 sq ft) to 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft).
Fast food retailer, Subway has taken a new 10-year lease at 31 Church Street in Ormskirk which forms part of the Pochin Church Street investment property. The investment is fully let and is home to occupiers including Waterstones, Specsavers and Tesco.
