POCHIN DEVELOPMENTS SIGN UP THOMAS JONES HOMES AT WEST STREET, CREWE

Pochin Developments Limited, part of Cheshire-based Pochin's PLC, has sold 0.6 acres of land at its West Street development, in Crewe, to Thomas Jones Homes of Chelford.
The land is situated adjacent to Pochin's West Street retail development, where Pochin started on site in August to develop 464 sq m (5,000 sq ft) of retail accommodation, of which 371 sq m (4,000 sq ft) has been pre-let to The Co-operative.
Since acquiring the land, Thomas Jones has been awarded planning consent to build nine three-bedroom homes on the site. House building is planned to start on site in the New Year. Meanwhile, work on Pochin's retail development is ahead on target for completion in early 2011.
