POCHIN DEVELOPMENTS SELLS FINAL UNIT AT MIDPOINT 18'S VALLEY COURT

Pochin Developments Limited, part of Cheshire-based Pochin's PLC, has disposed of the final unit at its Valley Court development at Midpoint 18, Middlewich.
The 527 sq m (5,675 sq ft) unit 2 has been purchased by a local pharmaceutical supplier. The development is occupied by a range of businesses including; Aquafax, WGT Ltd, Zychem and Intent Design.
Matthews & Goodman and Lamont are joint agents for the scheme.
