POCHIN DEVELOPMENTS SECURES NEW TENANT FOR DEVA BUSINESS CENTRE

Pochin's PLC, in a joint venture with Goodman International, has secured a letting at Deva Business Centre in Deeside.
Graham Thomas UK Ltd has taken unit one, measuring 490 sq m (5270 sq ft) on a short term lease. The unit forms part of Deva Business Centre which consists of five units of circa 20,000 sq ft.
Unit two is also under offer and once this deal is complete, the estate will be fully occupied.
