PLAYTIME FOR POCHIN’S
Pochin (Contractors) Ltd has commenced work on the Kiddy Factory Day Nursery in South Liverpool on behalf of its client UK Land and Property Limited.
The 600m2 (6,500 sq ft) nursery, which is due to complete in Spring 2006, is located on the prestigious Estuary Commerce Park on Speke Boulevard. The single story building will comprise classrooms, playroom, kitchen, gym and an outdoor play area and will be one of the largest purpose built nursery facilities in the UK capable of accommodating up to 100 children.
Paul Johnson, Projects Director of UK Land and Property, said: "The new nursery will be a fantastic addition to the Estuary Commerce Park and will provide a local solution to childcare needs not only for occupiers of the business park but the wider community of South Liverpool".
