MORE LETTINGS SUCCESS AT KEELE SCIENCE & BUSINESS PARK

Keele Science & Business Park has reinforced its reputation as a stand out location for
technology companies and hi-tech start-ups with 7,000 sq ft of new lettings, meaning that the site is now 75% let.

Developed in a joint venture between Pochin Developments Ltd and Keele University, phase two of Keele Science & Business Park was completed in May and boasts a wide mix of flexible, high quality accommodation designed specifically for hi-tech and med-tech occupiers.

The latest lettings have been secured at both of the Science Park's distinctive high-tech office buildings IC1 and IC2. IC1 was already almost fully let and the final 75m2 (810 sq ft) of space has now been re-let to two start-up companies as individual 38m2 (405 sq ft) units. Meanwhile, existing tenant, The Computer People, has taken a further 191m2 (2065 sq ft) of space at IC2.

Over at the three-storey MedIC 4 building, new lettings totalling 4,219 sq ft have been agreed, including a 162m2 (1,751 sq ft) let to Cobra Biomanufacturing.

Commented Karen Kilcourse of Lamonts Commercial Property Consultants, agents at the site: "These lettings are part of an impressive ongoing success story at Keele Science Park and we are delighted to welcome the new tenants to site. The mix of tenants at Keele has helped to make it one of the most successful science parks in the region and its reputation continues to attract high calibre technology companies."
