GATEWAY TO BUSINESS
Pochin Developments Ltd has secured planning permission for a new business park at its Gateway site, Crewe.
The developer is now set to commence at The Gateway, which is
adjacent to the highly
successful Crewe Business Park, situated on the fringe of the town.
The new phase will boast 8,361m2 (90,000 sq ft) of high quality
office accommodation in three buildings and benefit from an
excellent location close to Crewe town centre and the M6 motorway.
Existing facilities at the Gateway mean that occupiers will also
benefit from a range of recently developed amenities including a
pub, hotel and fitness centre.
Speaking of the news, Jim Nicholson of Pochin Developments Ltd,
