EXPRESSWAY SCHEME BRINGS IN LOCAL OCCUPIERS
Pochin's PLC, in a joint venture with Halton Borough Council, has welcomed a number of new tenants to Expressway Industrial Estate in Runcorn.
Halton Haven Hospice has taken 2,000 sq ft of accommodation at the 28,000 sq ft Industrial Estate. In addition, three local operators have taken a total of 6,900 sq ft. Units start from 900 sq ft, which is ideal for start up businesses and can be combined to provide space of up to 4,000 sq ft.
The estate already has a host of established occupiers,
including Newey and Eyre, Jellyjam Audio and The Plumb Centre.
