ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR POCHIN CONTRACTORS
Pochin Contractors has been appointed to conduct extension works to a distribution facility in Wythenshaw on behalf of DSV Road Ltd.
Located on Greeba Road in Wythenshaw, the site is strategically placed close to Manchester Airport and is ideal for the Danish owned distribution company, DSV Road, to conduct its global freight forwarding.
The £1 million (plus) project encompasses an extension to the existing warehouse giving DSV far greater HGV docking facility, along with extended service yards & HGV parking. The project also see's the construction of a new security gatehouse and all work is to be undertaken whilst the facility remains fully operational.
Works commenced in February of this year and are scheduled to
last 7 months with completion due in September 2008.
